This is a True Farm to Fork restaurant . We Make our own chocolate from local cocoa ,fermented milled and tempered on site.A multi-cultural blend of dishes, using the best ingredients this beautiful island has to offer.The Red Water Cafe was created to offer opportunities for residents and visitors on the Island of Hawaii to enjoy dining and catering of the finest cuisine. Even the ice cream and sorbet are hand made from local ingredients. Whether it is our dining, catering or personal chef services, we are dedicated to pleasing our customers with creative multi-cultural dishes including Hawaii regional, Asian inspired and other cuisines.

This was great, something for everyone! My son had the sushi, great portion, I had one of the specials; lamb stew YUM. My husband had the steak and my daughters had the spaghetti and the seared ahi salad. All were wonderful! Jeff, our server was attentive and professional. This is the old Edelweiss if anyone remembers Hans Peter. Definitely a new crew and diverse menu. Yelp had reservation capability, but it was limited so I would make a reservation directly as they had plenty of slots open, but Yelp only offered 5:45 and 8pm. I reserved it with a note seeing if we could come earlier. The hostess called that morning to say they had other openings so we were able to get in at 7pm. VERY thoughtful, friendly staff.

I stopped in for dinner here with my boyfriend and had a great meal! They brought edamame as an appetizer and were quick to serve us and take our order. My boyfriend got the Opa special and I got the short ribs, both delicious. The inside is very cute with cushions and books as well as a small bar. The prices were about average for dinner, $20-$30, as well as the drinks. I'd recommend this place with their great food. They also had a small parking lot for easy access.

I was apart of the Red Water opening crew , Position - Server Assistant!!! It was my first time working In the Restaurant business and it was better than expected.! Shelly and Kyle were pretty cool bosses to have in my circumference. The food is really good , im sure we can all agree with that! Management has a tendency to micro manage employees unnecessarily and the co workers can get irritable and toxic but that comes with the stress of the restaurant business ! I'd recommend this job if you wanna be a waiter or bartender! Hello anybody apart of the debut crew!!!
